Job Description: Global Infotech Inc, is seeking a Software Engineer with a strong technical background in programming, system design, and software development best practices.

• Design, development, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and backend services based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code using Python programming and established software development best practices.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Work with microservices architecture and develop loosely coupled backend services for scalable applications.
• Implement business logic, data processing, integrations, and backend functionality using Python.
• Apply object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design principles to develop efficient and reliable solutions.
• Integrate applications with external systems, third-party services, and APIs using REST and JSON/XML-based interfaces.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and write efficient SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Develop database queries, stored procedures, data-access components, and application-level data processing as required.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot application issues using logs, debugging tools, monitoring tools, and code-level analysis.
• Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for source-code management, branching, merging, and collaborative development.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field with 2 years of Industry experience.

Job Description: Global Infotech Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, specializing in configuration, integration, customization, implementation, and production support..

• Design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter solutions based on business and functional requirements.
•Develop and maintain Gosu-based business rules, workflows, validations, activities, batch processes, and application logic across Guidewire applications.
•Configure and customize PCF-based user interfaces, screens, views, widgets, and user interactions to support business processes.
•Develop and maintain Guidewire integrations with external applications and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Gateway, Messaging Framework, Plugins, and Event-driven integrations.
• Design and implement Guidewire data model enhancements, including entities, extensions, typelists, relationships, and database-related configurations.
•Develop and optimize Guidewire Batch Processes, Work Queues, and asynchronous processing for high-volume business operations.
• Work extensively with Guidewire Edge APIs, Integration Gateway, APIs, Plugins, Messaging Destinations, and external system integrations.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, and database-level investigation in support of Guidewire applications.
• Develop and execute GUnit and JUnit test cases to validate configuration, custom code, integrations, business rules, and application functionality.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and production validation across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, integration, data, and production issues using Guidewire Studio, IntelliJ IDEA, application logs, debugging tools, and SQL.
• Participate in production support activities, including incident analysis, root-cause investigation, defect resolution, application monitoring, and deployment validation.
• Support Guidewire Cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, release activities, and DevOps processes.

Job Description: Global Infotech Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 years of experience in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing system solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations
Location: Schaumburg IL, and Unanticipated Client Locations.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements by working with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
•Conduct requirements discussions, stakeholder meetings, and clarification sessions to understand business processes and system needs.
•Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
•Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
•Work with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and translated into system functionality.
•Support the creation and execution of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.
•Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and stakeholders, track defects, validate fixes, and support final sign-off.
•Assist with system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and post-release validation.
•Monitor software enhancement and release timelines, track project activities, and prepare status updates and reports for management.
•Prioritize business requirements and communicate requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
•Work with development teams supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter enhancements and business process changes.
•Gain functional understanding of Guidewire workflows, business rules, screens, activities, and application processes to effectively communicate requirements to technical teams.
Job Qualifications:Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Computer Science/Application/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Any Engineering, Information Systems/Technology or related field.

•Assist in creating and editing individual rules, PCF pages, workflows, entity names and display keys. Explore and develop solution for configuration and web services for integrating PC and BC with external system.
•Involve in several integration points for policy center with tight document support, new screens revised assignment logic and other standard rules/screen/UI changes.
•Involve in configuration various new custom policies & as many as new custom coverages. Assist in writing Gunit test cases for services classes.
•Assist business analysts in understanding the information needs of the business and developing new functionalities to meet these requirements.
•Work with cross-team to understand the new business needs clearly and configuration required in policy center. Code review, debugging and defect fixing form previous sprint.
• Design the data model in policy center as requested by business requirement.
•Assist to develop and maintain data entities, attributes to the existing entity along with creating of new entities, typelist and product designer updates.
